Rolf Harris was tried and convicted at Southwark Crown Court in 2014 on twelve charges of indecent assault. The evidence brought by the prosecution did not support the charges, let alone a conviction. A serious miscarriage of justice has taken place.
The case should be reviewed as a matter of urgency.
